Refund and Cancellation Policy
Review how cancellations, order changes, and approved refunds are handled for custom stone enquiries and project work.
Palazzo Marbles handles each enquiry, material selection, and project scope with care. Because many of our offerings involve custom stone sourcing, fabrication planning, and made-to-order work, refund and cancellation decisions are reviewed based on the stage of the order and the services already committed.
A project, order, or material reservation is considered confirmed once the client approves the scope and any required advance payment, booking amount, or written confirmation is received.
If a cancellation request is made before stone sourcing, procurement, fabrication scheduling, or custom production begins, Palazzo Marbles may review the request for a partial or full cancellation based on the commitments already made.
Once sourcing, cutting, fabrication, finishing, transport planning, or custom execution has started, cancellation may not be eligible for a refund. Any recovery will depend on vendor charges, production progress, logistics costs, and materials already allocated to the client project.
Custom countertops, CNC work, inlays, edge profiles, cut-to-size orders, and other made-to-order services are generally non-refundable after work has started, since these items are prepared specifically for the client requirement.
Where a refund is approved, the amount and processing timeline will depend on the payment method used, deduction of any non-recoverable costs, and confirmation from the relevant billing team or vendor partners.
Clients should review delivered materials or completed work promptly and report any concern as soon as possible. Resolution may include review, correction, replacement discussion, or another commercially reasonable remedy depending on the situation.
For any cancellation, refund, or billing-related concern, please contact Palazzo Marbles directly through the official enquiry channels listed on the website so the team can review the request with the relevant project details.
